Privacy Policy for the Field Miro Plugin

Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how the Field Miro Plugin available on the Miro App Marketplace collects, uses, and discloses information and what choices you have regarding the information.

Information we collect and receive

The Field Miro Plugin is loaded in an Iframe as part of the Miro UI. It is a web app, which uses the Miro SDK to communicate with Miro through its API's. The app, working in a browser's JavaScript runtime, reads data from the Miro board and uses it to import content from "frame"-widgets on the Miro Board to Field. We only see, transfer, or store data when you are a Field customer, and therefore did agree to Field's privacy policy, available at https://field.so/privacy. We only interact with data on "frame"-widgets that you manually linked using the UI of the Miro Plugin.

Furthermore, we never see, transfer, or store any data such as your user data, contact data, or company data.

Security

The Field Miro Plugin follows the Security Guidelines for Miro developers. You may review our app using the Qualys SSL Server Test which runs a in-depth analysis of the configuration of our SSL web server. Find Sizer's results here.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Field may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Laws, regulations and industry standards evolve, which may make those changes necessary, or we may make changes to our services or business. We will post the changes to this page and encourage you to review our Privacy Policy to stay informed. If we make changes that materially alter your privacy rights, Field will provide additional notice, such as via email or through the Services. If you disagree with the changes to this Privacy Policy, you should deactivate your Services account. Contact the Customer if you wish to request the removal of Personal Data under their control.
